What method of payment is accepted?

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. 


The item I want is out of stock, how can I make sure I am updated once it’s restocked?

Product availability is limited and we work hard to restock many of our styles. Please leave your email on the product page waitlist to be the first notified if there is a restock.


Can I change my order once it's placed?

In some circumstances, we can change line items (e.g., switching the size or color) within 24 hours of placing your order, and such requests will be subject to acceptance by Keely D.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at help@keelyd.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
